Caviaroli Chili Pearls (Guindilla) are glossy, reddish spheres of extra-virgin olive oil infused with chili that burst on the palate—adding heat, silk, and shine in a single pop. Each pearl is about 4–5 mm across, with a clean chili kick and a hint of smoky warmth—born from Spain’s love of bold flavour and beautiful plating.
Perfect for:

🥑 Dotted over guacamole, hummus, or pico de gallo for instant depth and gloss.

Details & care: 50 g glass jar; pearls ~4–5 mm. Store unopened in a cool, dry place away from heat and strong odours. After opening, keep pearls covered in their own oil, refrigerate, and enjoy within 1 month. Product of Spain (Esparreguera, Barcelona).
