Pujadó Solano Dark Anchovy Fillets — 110 g are classic, salt-cured anchoas from the spring catch in the Bay of Biscay (FAO 27VIIIc), hand-trimmed by the sobadoras and packed in sunflower oil for a clean, meaty bite with deep umami. MSC-certified, 10–14 fillets per tray; net 110 g / drained 75 g.

🍅 Laying over pan con tomate with a drizzle of good olive oil.
🥒 Skewering gildas (olive + guindilla + anchovy) for vermouth hour.
🌶️ Melting into warm roasted peppers or escalivada for instant depth.

Ingredients: Cantabrian anchovies (Engraulis encrasicholus), sunflower oil, sea salt. Format: heat-sealed plastic tub.
Shelf life: 6 months. After opening, cover with oil, refrigerate, and enjoy within 7 days
