Gildas de Anchoas Blancas by Pujadó Solano are hand-assembled skewers of Cantabrian white anchovy (boquerón), green olive, and piparra (guindilla)—glossed with sunflower oil for a bright, sweet–tart, gently spicy bite. Made with wild anchovy from the Bay of Biscay (FAO 27VIIIc) and prepared the artisan way, they deliver the clean, lemony freshness boquerones are loved for—no prep, just plate and enjoy.
