Gildas de Anchoas by Pujadó Solano are hand-assembled skewers of Cantabrian dark anchovy, green olive, and piparra (guindilla)—glossed with sunflower oil for a delicious bite. Made with wild anchovy from the Bay of Biscay (FAO 27VIIIc) and prepared the artisan way—no prep, just plate and enjoy.
