The hind leg of the pata negra developed by Joselito is a step above other hams in Spain; a decadent flavour due to its marbling and ageing process.
This Jamón is an all natural and sustainably raised product. The black-hooved pigs naturally graze in their meadows on fatty acorns, and only a limited number are raised each year. The natural moulds of Joselito's cellar do the work to slowly age the ham over several years.
This 60g pack of the Jamón Ibérico is sliced in house, then vacuum sealed for your convenience. Please allow 1 hour outside of the fridge for the jamón to come to room temperature prior to consumption in order to optimize your experience.
