Front-of-House
Team Member/Server (Part-Time)

Little Barcelona – Prescott, ON

We are hiring a Front-of-House team member to take
ownership of the front-of-house within a structured, high-standard environment.

This is not a typical serving role. 

We operate with clear systems, pace, and accountability.
This role is suited to someone who is highly self-directed, detail-oriented,
and takes full responsibility for maintaining standards and the guest
experience throughout service.

It is not suited to someone looking for a casual or
unstructured work environment.

This role requires consistent focus, attention to detail,
strong customer awareness, and the ability to follow structured processes at
all times.

What This Role Requires

This position is suited to someone who:

Follows systems and checklists accurately and
consistently without reminders

Moves with urgency and efficiency at all times,
including during slow periods

Takes full ownership of the front-of-house, ensuring
service flow, cleanliness, and guest experience are consistently maintained

Supports all areas of the restaurant, including cleaning,
dish support, and service

Maintains a calm, professional presence under pressure,
even with multiple tables

Delivers attentive, polished customer service—kind,
composed, and detail-oriented

Takes initiative and does not wait to be told what to do

Is comfortable in a sales-focused role, actively
contributing to guest experience through recommendations and driving overall
table value

Please note that this is a hands-on, physically active
role that requires lifting. Every shift includes:

Cleaning floors, washrooms, and maintaining overall
cleanliness. Resetting and maintaining tables and service areas. Supporting
dishwashing and kitchen flow when needed.

You will be on your feet for extended periods, moving
efficiently throughout the space and handling a physically active
workload.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant
required

Valid Smart Serve certification

Fully fluent in English (French is an asset)

Available Thursday–Saturday (lunch and dinner service)

Reliable, focused, and consistent in performance

Able to work efficiently without supervision

Professional presentation (smart casual; no jeans)

Able to perform the physical duties of the role as
described above

Comfortable working toward sales targets and increasing
average spend per table

Background check required
