White Anchovy Filets 110g

✨ Pujadó Solano White Anchovies (Boquerones) — 110 g are Cantabrian anchovy fillets, marinated the traditional way in vinegar, then packed by hand for a clean, delicate bite and a luminous “white” finish. Harvested from the cold Cantabrian Sea and prepared in Santoña, they’re meaty yet mild—perfect for tapas and effortless entertaining. 

What’s inside
• Net wt. 110 g (drained wt. ~75 g).
• Ingredients: anchovy (Engraulis encrasicolus), vinegar, sunflower oil, sea salt. 

Perfect for:
🍋 Laying over warm toast with olive oil, lemon zest, and parsley.

Care & storage
This is a semi-preserve: keep refrigerated, and once opened, keep the fillets covered in oil and enjoy within 2 days for peak texture and brightness.
